1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using KingContent's website (kingcontent.co.uk) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

KingContent provides professional blog writing and content creation services, including:

• SEO-optimized blog posts and articles
• Content planning and strategy
• AI-assisted content creation with human editing
• White-label content services for agencies
• Related content marketing services

3. Service Packages and Pricing

3.1 Package Options

We offer various service packages including Light, Growth, and Authority plans, as well as monthly subscription options. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

3.2 Custom Projects

Custom projects are quoted individually based on scope, timeline, and requirements.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing contracts will honor the agreed pricing for their duration.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards. Payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Invoicing

For one-off projects, payment is due upon order. For monthly subscriptions, payment is due monthly in advance.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are not available once work has commenced, except in cases of service failure on our part.

5. Content Creation and Delivery

5.1 Content Brief

Clients must provide a clear content brief including target audience, keywords, brand guidelines, and any specific requirements.

5.2 Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery times are:

• Light Package: 5-7 business days
• Growth Package: 3-5 business days
• Authority Package: 2-3 business days

5.3 Rush Orders

Rush delivery is available for an additional 50% fee, subject to availability.

5.4 Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at £15 each.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Content Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the copyright to the delivered content. Until payment is received, KingContent retains all rights to the content.

6.2 Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specifically requested otherwise.

6.3 Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of all materials provided to us and grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering services.

7. Quality Assurance

7.1 Content Standards

We guarantee:

• 100% original, plagiarism-free content
• Professional writing quality
• SEO optimization as specified
• Adherence to provided brand guidelines

7.2 Client Approval

Clients have 7 days to review delivered content and request revisions. After this period, content is considered approved.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear, complete briefs and requirements
• Timely payment according to agreed terms
• Providing feedback and approvals within specified timeframes
• Ensuring accuracy of information provided to us
• Compliance with applicable laws when using our content

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from client's use of the content
• Third-party claims related to the content

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify KingContent against claims arising from:

• Client's use of delivered content
• Inaccurate information provided by the client
• Client's breach of these terms
• Violation of third-party rights

11. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and projects. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law or with client consent.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Payment is required for all work completed up to the termination date.

12.2 Termination by KingContent

We may terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate conduct.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
